Our scope included structural construction, finishing work, and smart infrastructure installation, all executed with precision and adherence to educational building standards. The facility features lecture halls, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, incubation labs, and administrative areas—creating an inspiring and functional environment for students, mentors, and innovators alike. The IBA CED project reflects Total Construction’s commitment to building educational and institutional spaces that empower the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs.
The building features smart classrooms, collaborative workspaces, incubation centers, seminar halls, and faculty offices—all thoughtfully designed to support learning, mentoring, and enterprise development.
